Who Wins

Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 convincingly — Jhin's W root into Poppy's E wall-knockback is a near-guaranteed kill setup, and you have no reliable way to escape or retaliate before level 6.
Post-6, your R makes you significantly harder to kill with its invisibility on Q, and you can start winning extended fights if Leona can absorb Poppy's engage, but you are still range-disadvantaged against Jhin.

Your best trading pattern is to let Leona engage first to absorb Poppy's E, then Q-tumble to reposition and stack W on Jhin while Leona keeps Poppy occupied.
Never trade in a straight line against Jhin; his 4th shot and W root will punish you if you stand still.

Play for a slow push or freeze under your tower early to deny Jhin his range advantage and force Poppy to overextend to engage.
Vayne scales hard and does not need to win lane — surviving and reaching 2-3 items is your actual win condition here.

Do not E Poppy into a wall — it activates her passive shield and can set up her own E knockback, which is a direct reversal of the trade in their favor.
Using E offensively on Poppy is one of the most punishing self-mistakes you can make in this matchup.
