Who Wins
- You win pre-6 if Thresh lands Q, as your E-Q combo plus his full engage outdamages their sustain and poke.
- Post-6 becomes more even since Jhin's R provides strong counter-engage, but you still win if Thresh initiates properly with R.
Synergy & Trading
- Use E to slow enemies when Thresh hooks, then charge Q for maximum damage while they're CC'd.
- Your W stacks from E and autos make your Q execute much stronger, especially against Jhin's lower health pool.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Push for level 2 first to enable Thresh's engage potential, then maintain slow pushes to keep minion advantage for trades.
- Avoid hard shoving unless recalling, as you're vulnerable to Jhin's long-range R without minion protection.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't use Q to poke through minions early game, as it pushes the wave and wastes mana you need for all-ins.
- Save your Q for when Thresh lands hooks or when you can guarantee hitting both enemies for maximum W stack value.
