Who Wins
- Pre-6 you win this lane convincingly at every level — your W passive reduces Wukong's physical damage, your Q poke outranges him, and your E slow prevents clean trades in his favor.
- Post-6 the matchup stays in your favor as long as you track his W clone usage and avoid being caught by his R knockup when below 50% HP, since his R into your R is a death sentence.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to Q poke repeatedly to chip his HP, then when he commits to an E dash, activate your W and walk into him to maximize shotgun knee hits while his damage is reduced.
- If he uses W to clone-escape, do not chase blindly — reset the pattern and continue Q poking until he is low enough for an E-into-R execute.
Wave Control
- Slow-push the wave to build a large minion wave, then crash it and look to roam or dive with your jungler, as Wukong has limited wave clear early and will be forced to deal with the wave.
- Avoid letting him freeze near his tower, as that is where his all-in with R is most dangerous and your E slow has less room to create distance.
Mistakes to Avoid
