Who Wins

Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 — Lucian's burst and Nami's W poke will chunk you before your poison stacks matter, and your Q stealth does not make you invincible, it just repositions you.
Post-6, your R fundamentally changes the matchup by giving you the range and DPS to outscale Lucian's burst in sustained fights, and with Seraphine's R chain you can one-shot Lucian if he is caught out of position.

Your best trading pattern is to use Q to reposition to an unexpected angle, let Seraphine land her E slow or R CC first, then walk up and auto-attack to stack poison while Lucian is locked down — never initiate yourself into Lucian's face because his E dash and double-shot will out-burst your poison ramp in a short trade.
In extended fights post-6, activate R immediately after Seraphine's CC lands to maximize your DPS window before Lucian can disengage.

Play passively and farm safely in the early levels, using Q to dodge Nami's Q bubbles and reposition away from Lucian's aggressive dashes — your goal is to reach level 6 and first item without giving kills.
Once you have R and a Kraken Slayer or Runaan's, look for Seraphine to initiate with R and then walk up with your own R active to delete Lucian before he can dash away.

Do not use Q aggressively to try to flank pre-6 — Nami's W and Lucian's passive burst will kill you before your poison stacks deal meaningful damage, and you will have wasted your escape tool.
Never stand in a straight line where Nami's Q can hit both you and Seraphine, as a double bubble into Lucian E is a near-guaranteed kill on you at most points in the laning phase.
