Pre-6, you lose the lane — Nami's W empowers Lucian to burst you down faster than your W shield can absorb, and your Q poke is not enough to deter Lucian's aggressive dashes at levels 1-3.
Post-6, your R is a game-changer because a long-range charm chain into Twitch's R is a reliable kill combo, but you need to respect that Nami's own R can interrupt your setup if she uses it first.

Your best pattern is to use your E to slow both enemies and create a safe window for Twitch to stack poison, then follow with Q for the stun if enemies are already slowed — the E into Q stun into Twitch auto-attack chain is your highest-value sequence in lane.
At level 6, lead with R to charm Lucian, immediately follow with E to keep him slowed, and let Twitch walk up with R active to finish the kill.

You should not roam early because Twitch is extremely vulnerable to Lucian's aggression without your CC and shield, and losing Twitch to a 2v1 dive is a catastrophic outcome.
At level 6, a roam to mid with R is high-value if the wave is pushed in, but only after confirming Twitch can safely farm or disengage with Q.

Do not use your W reactively as a pure shield — it has a meaningful AP ratio and the double-cast passive can deal real damage, so use it proactively to poke when enemies step up.
Avoid clustering near Twitch in lane because Nami's Q hitting both of you simultaneously, followed by Lucian's Q through both, is a high-damage combo that can swing the lane instantly.
