Who Wins

Pre-6 you lose the 2v2 if Nautilus lands his Q, as Ashe's W slow combined with his passive roots makes escaping or fighting back nearly impossible at any level.
Post-6 the lane remains dangerous because Ashe's R can cancel your R channel from across the map, and Nautilus's R into Q guarantees you die before dealing meaningful damage.

Use your Q to reposition before committing to a trade, never stealth reactively after already being slowed — Ashe's W will still be active and Nautilus will simply walk toward your predicted location.
Your best trade pattern is to stack E poison from range during laning, then look for an all-in only when Nautilus has used his Q and W on cooldown.

Push the wave when Nautilus roams to deny Ashe free farm and force her to choose between following or losing CS, since you outpush her in a side-by-side shove with your E passive.
Avoid letting the wave freeze under your tower as it gives Nautilus safe roam timings and Ashe free poke on you while you last-hit.

Never use your R while Ashe has her R available — she will interrupt it instantly and you will have wasted your primary damage window with nothing to show.
Track her R cooldown carefully and only channel your R when she has recently used it or is out of range.
