Who Wins

Pre-6 you can contest with a level 2 W all-in, but Nautilus matches your engage pattern and Ashe's slows mean your dismounted form is extremely vulnerable to being kited and killed after the initial trade.
Post-6 you lose the 2v2 decisively because Ashe's R counters your engage initiation and Nautilus's R into Q chain outperforms your CC in a straight fight.

Your best trading pattern is to W engage onto Ashe rather than Nautilus, forcing her to burn flash or die, since she is the squishier target and Nautilus will be forced to peel rather than chain CC onto Twitch.
Follow up with your E pull to drag Ashe into Twitch's poison range and prevent her from kiting back to safety.

Roaming is risky in this matchup because Twitch is vulnerable to a Nautilus hook all-in the moment you leave, and Ashe can shove the wave quickly to deny Twitch CS under tower.
If you do roam, do it only when the wave is frozen near your tower and Nautilus has recently used his Q, giving Twitch a safe window.

Do not engage when Ashe's R is available and you have no vision of her positioning — she will interrupt your W charge mid-animation and you will be dismounted in a losing fight with no escape.
Always track her R cooldown before committing to any hard engage.
