Who Wins

Pre-6, Twitch+Lillia wins the 2v2 because Lillia's poke and slow enable Twitch to stack poison safely, and Soraka cannot sustain through both Lillia's AoE and Twitch's poison simultaneously.
Post-6, you win decisively if you stealth into a Lillia R setup, as Soraka's R can be countered by splitting the fight with Lillia R's sleep.

Your best trading pattern is to let Lillia Q and W poke Soraka down first, then stealth in when Soraka is low enough that her W self-heal cannot keep her safe, and unload your E and auto-attack stacks on Zeri.
Do not stealth in when both enemies are healthy, as Soraka's Q slow and W heal will sustain through your burst.

Let the wave slow or freeze near your tower in the early game to force Zeri into dangerous positions to farm, where Lillia can freely poke and you can stack poison.
Avoid pushing the wave yourself, as a fast wave removes your stealth-engage windows and lets Zeri safely farm under tower.

Do not stealth when Soraka has full mana and is healthy — she will Q the area you are walking through and W Zeri immediately, negating your burst window.
Patience in stealth timing is the difference between a kill and a wasted engage.
