Synergy & Trading
- Use Q to reposition for favorable trades when Vel'Koz abilities are on cooldown, then auto-E with Karma's R-Q follow-up.
- Focus short, explosive trades rather than extended fights where Aphelios can lifesteal and Vel'Koz can stack passive.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Freeze near your tower to deny Aphelios farm and create gank opportunities with your stealth.
- Avoid hard pushing unless you can recall immediately, as Aphelios with Infernum clears waves too quickly for meaningful roams.
