Who Wins
- You lose pre-6 due to Tahm's superior sustain and poke potential with Q, making it hard to stick to him for meaningful trades.
- Post-6 you gain a significant advantage as your R steals his massive health and resistances, making him much more vulnerable while empowering your own tankiness.
How to Trade
- Use Q to slow him when he approaches for CS or Q poke, then follow with W and extended auto attacks in the zone.
- Save E for when he tries to disengage, using the pillar to extend the trade and maximize your W healing and attack speed.
Wave Control
- Accept being pushed early and focus on farming safely, looking for opportunities to freeze near your tower where extended trades favor you.
- Once you hit 6, you can start forcing longer trades and using your superior wave clear to match his push.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't take short trades against his Q poke without committing to extended fights where your W zone advantage matters.
- Avoid using E aggressively without your W active, as you need the attack speed and healing to win the sustained combat that follows the pillar displacement.
