Who Wins

Pre-6, this lane is roughly even with a slight edge to Twitch+Yuumi because Yuumi's W sustain and Twitch's poison stacking make extended trades punishing for you; however, your level 2 all-in with E+W bomb is a real threat if Twitch is caught out of position without Yuumi attached.
Post-6, you win the 2v2 decisively because your R knockback hard-counters Twitch's melee-range R, and Morgana's R+W setup gives you a clean window to burst him before he can stack his poison.

Let Morgana land W first to root Twitch, then immediately E onto him to stack the bomb while he's immobilized, and use Q to accelerate your attack speed for maximum bomb stacks before detonating.
Never engage without Morgana's W available — trading without the root means Twitch can kite back under Yuumi healing and you take more poison damage than you deal.

Push the wave hard early using E+bomb detonation on the cannon or cluster to deny Twitch his passive stacks on the wave and force him to cs under tower, where your range advantage lets you poke him freely.
Avoid letting the wave slow-push toward you, as Twitch+Yuumi thrive in extended skirmishes near their tower where Yuumi's healing is hardest to punish.

Do not use R offensively to engage — save it strictly to interrupt Twitch's R channel or to peel if he somehow gets on top of you, because blowing R to initiate leaves you with no escape against a Twitch who can re-engage with Q stealth after the knockback.
