Who Wins

Pre-6, you do not win the 2v2 — Yuumi's healing offsets your W poke damage and Twitch's poison stacks punish you for standing in range to land W, making trades net-negative unless you land a clean root.
Post-6, your R dramatically shifts the matchup because it chains both Twitch and Yuumi (Yuumi is tethered and shares the stun), giving Tristana a free burst window that Twitch cannot escape with Q stealth once stunned.

Bait Twitch into walking up by pretending to cs, then W him when he steps forward, immediately follow with E on Tristana to shield her from poison damage during the trade, and let Tristana detonate the bomb before the root expires.
Do not throw W randomly — Twitch's small hitbox and tendency to stay at max range means missed roots give Yuumi free healing time and reset the trade in their favor.

You should not roam aggressively because Tristana lacks the self-peel to survive Twitch+Yuumi dives without you, and Yuumi can follow any roam by detaching and moving with Twitch.
The only valid roam timing is after a successful level 6 all-in that burns Twitch's flash or kills him, giving you a 20–25 second window to impact mid before the wave resets.

Do not use E on yourself when Twitch is poisoning Tristana — E is more valuable on Tristana to block the poison DoT and bomb-trade damage, and saving it for yourself while Tristana dies to poison is a common misplay that throws winning trades.
