Who Wins

  • Pre-6 you win convincingly at every level; your range lets you poke freely, your poison provides sustained damage she cannot match, and her Q is easy to sidestep with your mobility.
  • Post-6 her R fundamentally changes the lane geometry — it denies you free movement, enables her Q hits, and makes extended fights around the wave dangerous for you, so you must respect her zone control even though you retain the poke advantage.

How to Trade

  • Your best trading pattern is to auto-attack twice to apply poison, immediately back out to max range, and repeat — never stand still long enough for her to land Q into E, which is the only combo that genuinely threatens you.
  • Use your W proactively when you anticipate her Q rather than reactively, since the blind duration is long enough to negate her entire E channel if timed correctly.

Wave Control

  • Keep the wave slightly on your side of the lane by last-hitting carefully and letting her push into you, which forces her to overextend for CS and exposes her to your poke without tower protection.
  • Place R in bushes and along her likely escape paths rather than randomly in the lane; this denies her vision, punishes her roam attempts, and creates kill pressure when your jungler arrives.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not get complacent and walk into her R without vision — her R combined with Q slow creates a kill window even for you, and underestimating her burst damage when she has Passive egg available can lead to you burning summoners unnecessarily.
  • Avoid pushing the wave so hard that you lose the poke angle; if she's under tower, she farms safely and you lose your primary lane advantage.
