Pre-6, Senna+Leona wins the 2v2: Leona's level 2 all-in (E+Q) is extremely dangerous because you have no hard peel and your Q slow is not enough to disengage a full Leona lockdown.
Post-6, you gain meaningful sustain and your R provides global save, but Leona's R into Senna's R still threatens to burst through your healing if you are caught out of position.

Your trading pattern relies on keeping Leona at range with Q poke to deny her engage window, then immediately W-healing Lucian after any trade to reset the health advantage.
If Leona lands E on you specifically, the trade is almost always lost because you cannot heal yourself while stunned and Senna will stack free damage.

Push the wave consistently with Lucian to deny Senna soul stacking on minions — a low-minion-count wave means fewer souls per wave for Senna, which is a meaningful long-term tax on her scaling.
Avoid slow-pushing a large wave into Leona because it gives her a crash opportunity to dive or hard engage with minion advantage.

Do not stand in a position where Leona can E you directly — she will always prioritize you over Lucian because killing the healer removes the lane's sustain engine entirely.
Wasting your W on yourself when Lucian is the one taking burst damage is a critical misuse of your kit in this matchup.
