Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Brand lose the 2v2 if Lulu plays correctly — her W removes your ability to Q-stack safely and her E negates Brand's poke, meaning extended trades heavily favor them.
Post-6, the matchup remains difficult because Lulu's R on Jinx makes her nearly unkillable in a straight fight, so you need to look for picks or all-ins when Lulu's R is on cooldown.

Your best pattern is to Q-stack on minions from max range and only trade when Brand has already landed his E+Q stun on Jinx, because that is the only window where Lulu is forced to peel rather than poke you.
Do not attempt solo trades against Jinx — her attack speed and Lulu's W will out-damage your Q poke every time.

You need to stack Q as efficiently as possible on the wave to reach your power spikes, which means prioritizing last-hitting with Q over trading.
If Lulu is constantly W'ing you off the wave, call for jungle pressure early — you cannot out-sustain the harassment without falling behind on stacks.

Do not use your R aggressively in this lane unless Brand has already landed his full combo — your R has a long travel time and Lulu can W you mid-cast or E Jinx to negate the damage, wasting your cooldown entirely.
