Scuttle Contest
- At level 3, you lose the scuttle fight against Warwick — he has CC through his E, healing through Q and W passive, and your DPS at that stage cannot outdamage his sustain before he kills you.
- From level 6, you win 1v1 only when you have full Fury and can immediately transform with R, fighting in a sustained DPS pattern where your E flame trail and W attack speed shred him faster than his Q can heal — never fight him at low Fury as you are just a melee auto-attacker with no CC.
Predicted Jungle Path
- Warwick will likely start on the side opposite to you and look for an early scuttle fight at level 3, then transition into tracking your position using his W passive to find you when you're low.
- He will look to invade your jungle when you're between camps and vulnerable, so expect pressure on your second buff or when you're clearing raptors/krugs at low health.
Invade or Not
- You should not invade Warwick at any point in the early game — he wins all 1v1s before you have Fury stacked and his E can catch you with no escape tool available to you.
- Instead, focus on a fast full clear to hit 6 first or simultaneously, then look to contest dragon where the objective pressure forces a fight on your terms rather than his.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not waste your Fury by engaging fights at partial stacks — your power spike is entirely tied to having R available and full Fury, and fighting Warwick at 60–70 Fury means you die before transforming or transform too late to turn the fight.
- Avoid being caught in his E fear when you are low health, as his passive will trigger a guaranteed fear that gives him a free Q kill.
