LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you and Ezreal lose short trades because Lulu's polymorph on Ezreal removes your primary damage dealer for 1.5 seconds and Caitlyn's range means she takes no retaliation damage; your level 3 spike with a stacked passive shield is your best window to force a trade, but only if Lulu's Q is on cooldown.
- Post-6, your R can set up a kill if it chains onto both enemies, but Lulu R counters your all-in by keeping Caitlyn alive through the burst.
Synergy & Trading
- Stack your passive by hitting minions between ability uses, then use your W heal reactively when Caitlyn lands a headshot rather than proactively — saving the heal for actual damage spikes rather than chip damage means Ezreal stays healthy enough to trade when your E slow creates an opening.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should not roam pre-6 because Ezreal cannot safely farm without your peel against Caitlyn's headshot pressure and Lulu's polymorph; post-6, a roam is only justified if the wave is shoved in and Ezreal has enough HP to survive a short trade alone, which is rare in this matchup.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use your E offensively as your primary engage tool — Lulu will polymorph Ezreal the moment he follows up on your slow, and you will have wasted your only CC ability with no kill to show for it; use E defensively to slow Caitlyn when she steps forward for a headshot, not to initiate.
