Who Wins

Pre-6, Morgana's Q range and Xayah's feather burst make aggressive trading very risky; your E shield helps but does not negate a full bind-into-burst combo.
Post-6, your R can chain with Ashe's R for a near-guaranteed double CC kill setup, which is when your lane becomes genuinely threatening.

Your primary pattern is to use Q poke from range, apply your passive echo for bonus damage, and use E reactively to block Morgana's Q — do not use E offensively and then get caught by the bind.
When Morgana's Q is on cooldown, push Ashe to commit to W poke trades while you heal and shield her to sustain the exchange.

You should generally not roam pre-6 because Ashe is vulnerable to Xayah + Morgana dives without your peel, and Morgana herself is a strong roamer who will punish your absence.
Post-6, after a successful R combo in lane, you can follow Ashe's R to mid for a coordinated play, but only if the wave is pushed and the enemy bot lane is low.

Do not use your E preemptively as a damage tool — saving it to block Morgana's Q is far more valuable than the minor damage it deals.
Wasting E on poke means Ashe has no protection against the bind, which is the single ability that enables every kill threat this enemy duo has.
