Pre-6, Jhin+Senna win the 2v2: Senna's long-range poke and Jhin's W root give them reliable engage tools that outrange your Q and punish you before your E shield is online.
Post-6, you gain meaningful pressure with your R's long-range engage potential, but Senna's R and Jhin's R still threaten you from outside your effective range, so the 2v2 remains contested rather than clearly yours.

Your best trading pattern is to stack your passive by casting abilities off cooldown to trigger your empowered Q, then use E to shield Ashe before committing to a trade, letting Ashe's slows keep enemies in your Q AoE for sustained damage.
Avoid initiating without your passive echo ready, as your base damage without it is too low to win short trades against Jhin's burst.

Push the wave consistently using Q to poke while clearing, since Senna does not want to last-hit and will fall behind in CS if you force her to play defensively.
A faster wave also denies Senna soul stacks, which is a meaningful long-term advantage you should actively pursue.
