LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you and Veigar win the poke war due to your range advantage and Veigar's E zoning Nilah off the wave, but if Nilah gets a clean level 2 all-in with your E on cooldown, you can lose the trade badly since Nilah's W reduces your damage and she heals off you.
- Post-6, you win the 2v2 if you play around Veigar's cage — your R can shield Veigar and your root sets up his combo, making the all-in very one-sided if executed correctly.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best trading pattern is to poke Nilah with your Q at max range to whittle her down, use your E root to set up Veigar's cage when she steps forward, and collect souls passively from minions to scale your damage and healing.
- Avoid extended trades at close range — Nilah's W passive healing and damage reduction make short burst trades her strength, so you want to force long-range attrition.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should not roam pre-6 — Nilah can 1v1 Veigar if you leave, and Veigar has no reliable escape without your peel.
- Post-6, a roam with your R is viable after a successful push, as your R covers enormous range and can turn fights across the map, but only roam if the wave is shoved and Veigar can safely farm under tower.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use your E root at close range as an opener — Nilah can dash through it with Q and the root duration is short enough that she'll be on top of you before Veigar's cage resolves.
- Save your E as a follow-up to Veigar's cage or as a peel tool when Nilah is already committed to an all-in.
