Pre-6, you lose this lane clearly — Caitlyn outranges you hard, Lux's E root keeps you from ever safely closing the gap, and your W parry does not negate the sustained poke you take between trades.
Post-6, you can win a full all-in if Leona lands a clean engage and you immediately follow to stack your passive to R threshold, but Lux's R and Caitlyn's R are both available to punish you mid-combo if you overextend.

Your best pattern is to wait for Leona's E-Q to connect, then dash in with your E to stack passive quickly using Q and auto-attacks, and only press R when you have 6 stacks — do not R early or you waste your only damage spike.
Use your W to block Lux's R or Caitlyn's R during your combo, as those are the abilities most likely to kill you mid-engage.

You want the wave pushed into their tower when possible so Caitlyn loses her trap-under-tower advantage and you reduce the zone where Lux can safely poke — a pushed wave also gives Leona more room to engage without being trapped near your own tower.
Avoid freezing, as sitting near your tower lets Caitlyn and Lux poke you for free at max range with no counterplay.

Do not try to engage on your own without Leona's CC — you have no reliable gap-close into a Lux E and Caitlyn will just kite you while Lux roots you.
Also do not use your W preemptively on a Lux Q or Caitlyn auto when you should be saving it for their R during your all-in.
