Who Wins

Pre-6, Caitlyn's range and Lux's E zone control make it extremely difficult for you to engage safely — you lose extended poke trades badly and only win if you land a clean E-Q all-in on a mispositioned target, which Lux's E slows and disrupts.
Post-6, your R gives you a reliable initiation tool but Lux's R can punish you mid-dive and Caitlyn's R can execute a low-health target, so you only win post-6 if you engage on your terms with Samira already in range.

Your job is to hard-engage with E-Q to lock down one target, then immediately W to extend the stun window so Samira can stack her passive and reach R threshold — the combo only works if Samira is already close enough to follow instantly, otherwise Caitlyn and Lux disengage before the kill.
Never engage when Lux's E is off cooldown and aimed at your path, as it will root you before you reach the target and waste your entire cooldown window.

You have no wave control tools, so let Samira push or freeze based on what she needs — your role is to track enemy cooldowns and look for all-in windows when Lux's Q or E is on cooldown.
Avoid standing in the wave and eating free Caitlyn autos and Lux Q poke while doing nothing, as you will be too low to engage when the opportunity arises.

Do not engage into Lux's E when it is clearly telegraphed toward you — a rooted Leona with no target reached is a dead Leona and a lost trade.
Also avoid using your E on Caitlyn when Lux has her Q available, as the bind will chain-CC you and turn your engage into a free kill for them.
