Who Wins

  • You win most trades pre-6 with Q damage and W shield, especially at levels 1-2 before he has full combo potential.
  • Post-6 you lose all-ins unless you land a perfect R to zone him away, as his mobility and sustained damage become too strong.

How to Trade

  • Your optimal trading pattern is to Q when he goes for CS, then W for shield and movement speed to kite backwards while Q continues ticking.
  • Only commit to extended trades when your heat is in the danger zone for enhanced abilities and he has used his E.

Wave Control

  • Push waves early to build CS leads and poke him under tower, but be careful not to overextend without vision as you're immobile.
  • After 6, try to maintain distance and only fight with minion advantages or jungle assistance.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't waste your R defensively unless it's a guaranteed kill setup, as it's your only tool to match his post-6 all-in potential.
  • Avoid trading when your heat is too low, as your base abilities do significantly less damage without the danger zone bonuses.
