Who Wins

  • You win pre-6 through superior mobility and burst trading, but must respect Trundle's sustain and all-in potential at level 2-3 when he has Q+W.
  • Post-6 you lose extended fights due to his R stealing your stats, but can still win short burst trades if you're ahead.

How to Trade

  • Use fast Q combo (Q-AA-Q-AA-Q-AA) for quick trades then E away before he can retaliate with Q+W.
  • Never commit to extended trades as his Q reduces your damage while increasing his, and his W gives him massive sustain and movement speed.

Wave Control

  • Push early levels to build a minion advantage, then look to freeze near your tower to force him to overextend for CS.
  • Avoid slow pushing into him as he can run you down with W movement speed in a long lane.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't get baited into all-ins after level 6 even if you're ahead, as his R makes him deceptively tanky while making you weaker.
  • Never fight him in his W zone during extended trades as the healing and attack speed make him nearly unbeatable.
