Who Wins
- You lose pre-6 due to Lux's range advantage and your inability to stick to her through minions, but you have kill pressure at level 2-3 if she mispositions.
- Post-6, you win all-ins decisively if you can dodge or tank her Q, as your R gives you the burst and gap close to kill her through her full combo.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is Q1-Q2-W when she steps up to poke, then save Q3 and E to either finish the trade or disengage safely.
- Look for opportunities when her abilities are on cooldown or when she's animation-locked during her E cast to engage.
Wave Control
- Let Lux push early and look to freeze near your tower where she can't safely poke you, forcing her to overextend for farm.
- Once you have kill pressure, you can break freezes with fast push using Q-E combo to create all-in opportunities.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste your gap closers chasing through minions when Lux has Q available, as you'll likely eat her full combo and lose the trade heavily.
- Avoid using all three Q charges to engage unless you're certain you can kill her, as you need mobility tools to dodge her skillshots and stick to her.
