Who Wins
- Pre-6 you win most trades with Q hook into E stun combo, especially with Poppy's follow-up damage and W zone control.
- Post-6 your R execute pressure combined with Poppy's displacement makes picks much easier, though you must respect Ashe R and Jhin W interrupting your combos.
Synergy & Trading
- Lead with Q hook when enemies are out of position, then E stun for Poppy to follow with Q and W zone control.
- Use W stealth to reposition for better hook angles or to escape after trading, always coordinating with Poppy's engage timing.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Roam frequently after level 3 when you have full combo available, especially when bot wave is pushing toward enemies.
- Look for roams during cannon waves or when your ADC has good wave clear, targeting mid lane or invading enemy jungle with your jungler.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't hook through minions unless you're certain of the angle, as missing leaves you vulnerable to enemy poke and trading.
