Who Wins
- Pre-6, Draven + Swain win the 2v2 — Draven's level 1 auto-attack damage with spinning axes combined with Swain's E root makes your hook attempts extremely punishable before you have any mobility.
- Post-6, you gain kill pressure with your R, but Swain's R sustain and Draven's damage still make straight 2v2 fights risky unless you land a clean Q hook first.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best pattern is to use your Q from max range to hook Draven mid-catch (when he's repositioning for his axes), then immediately dash through with E to keep him in place for Jinx to follow up — never hook into Swain's E range or you'll be rooted and burst before Jinx can contribute.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You want a slow push into a freeze near your tower to deny Draven his axes on the wave — Draven loses significant gold and power when he can't stack his passive, and a frozen wave also limits Swain's ability to safely walk up and root you.
- Avoid shoving the wave into their tower where Swain can freely poke you under it.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use your E aggressively without your Q landing first — dashing into Draven and Swain without a hook connecting means you have no escape and will die to their combined burst and root.
- Your W invisibility is a repositioning tool, not an engage, and burning it offensively leaves you with no escape.
