Pre-6, you win the 2v2 if you land your hook at level 2, as Jinx's burst combined with your stun chain will kill Ashe before Zilean can respond.
Post-6, your kill pressure drops sharply because Zilean's R directly counters your R execute, meaning you need to look for kills on Zilean himself or roam to generate leads elsewhere.

Your best pattern is to use E dash to reposition behind minions and bait Ashe into stepping up, then hook her when she commits to a W trade.
Do not hook into Zilean's double-bomb stun range; wait for him to use both Q charges before engaging.

You should roam aggressively post-6 because your R is neutralized in this lane by Zilean's R, making mid and jungle skirmishes far more valuable for your gold generation.
