Who Wins
- You lose most short trades early due to Jax's E negating your main damage source (W + autos), but you can win extended fights if you land your full combo.
- Post-6 you become significantly stronger as your R provides reliable engage and setup for your W-E combo that Jax struggles to avoid.
How to Trade
- Use W when Jax jumps on you to become Unstoppable through his E stun, then immediately E to knockup and proc Brittle damage for a strong trade.
- Only engage with Q-E combo when his E is on cooldown, as he can easily dodge your knockup otherwise.
Wave Control
- Focus on farming safely and using W to clear waves efficiently while looking for short trades when Jax wastes his E.
- After level 6, you can start slow-pushing to set up all-ins with your R since Jax has limited mobility to escape your combo.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste your W early in trades as it's your only reliable damage source and Unstoppable window against Jax's E stun.
- Never try to trade when Jax has his E available without your W up, as he will simply dodge all your damage and out-trade you significantly.
