Who Wins

  • Pre-6, you lose extended trades because Lux's E zone and Miss Fortune's passive-empowered autos outpace your damage output before you can stick; however, at level 2 your Q+E all-in is a genuine threat if you land Q on Miss Fortune before Lux can root you.
  • Post-6, your R into Q combo hard-wins the 2v2 since your CC chain completely negates Miss Fortune's R cast time and Lux's ability to follow up.

Synergy & Trading

  • Engage only when Lux's E and Q are on cooldown — hook Miss Fortune first since she is the damage threat, then immediately E to proc your passive stacks and let Tristana bomb the target.
  • Never hook Lux; she is the peel tool and hooking her wastes your CC on the wrong target.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • You should not be managing the wave; push Tristana to manage it while you sit in brush threatening engages.
  • Your job is to create pressure that forces Miss Fortune and Lux to play back, which indirectly gives Tristana free wave control.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not use Q as a poke tool at range — missing it in this matchup gives Miss Fortune a free window to walk up and double-up passive shots onto Tristana with Lux E cover, which is a punishing trade you cannot answer without your hook available.
