LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, Blitzcrank wins the all-in threat game because a landed Q on either of you forces a 2v1 situation instantly, and your Q is slower and easier to dodge than his; however, if you can absorb or dodge his Q, your sustained lockdown with W slow and E root gives you the edge in extended trades.
- Post-6, your R into Q chain is a near-guaranteed kill setup that outscales Blitzcrank's single-hook threat, especially since Ezreal has no reliable escape once your R knocks him up.
Synergy & Trading
- Your job is to land Q to close the gap, then immediately proc your W on the target to slow them, allowing Miss Fortune to stack E and unload damage before they can disengage; never use Q as an opener from max range blindly, as Blitzcrank will punish the cooldown window.
- The ideal trade is a short-range Q into W auto-chain while Miss Fortune uses her passive and E, forcing the enemy to either burn flash or take lethal damage.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You want a slow push into a freeze-break pattern: let the wave build slightly on your side so Ezreal is forced to walk up for CS, making him vulnerable to your engage without tower protection.
- Avoid hard shoving early because a pushed wave gives Blitzcrank free hook angles on your Miss Fortune who has no dash.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use your Q reactively to Blitzcrank's Q — if he hooks Miss Fortune and you Q in, you are both out of CC and Ezreal can freely poke you down during the cooldown window.
- Save your Q to initiate on your terms or to peel Miss Fortune when she is hooked.
