Pre-6, you are the primary reason this lane is survivable: your W root on Leona or Jinx punishes any aggressive step, and your E shield directly counters Leona's entire CC chain, making her level 2 and 3 power spikes largely irrelevant if you react correctly.
Post-6, you win the 2v2 clearly — your R tether into W root into Tristana burst is a kill combo that Jinx cannot escape and Leona cannot peel for simultaneously.

Shield Tristana proactively the moment Leona flashes or dashes toward her — don't wait for CC to land, because your E has a cast time and Leona's stun is near-instant.
Follow up every successful W root with your Q for additional damage and to extend the CC window for Tristana to stack her E charges.

You should roam, but only under specific conditions: after a successful kill or forced recall in lane, or when Tristana has enough wave clear to hold alone (typically post-first-item).
