Who Wins

Pre-6, you have a meaningful level 2 spike (E+Q) that can punish Tristana if Morgana's shield is on cooldown or mistimed — but Morgana's E directly counters your entire CC chain, so your level 2 all-in is high-risk if Morgana is attentive.
Post-6, you lose the 2v2 — Tristana's R knockback interrupts your R channel or breaks your engage, and Morgana's R tether combined with Tristana's burst kills Jinx faster than you can peel.

Engage only when Morgana's E is confirmed on cooldown — either she used it on a previous trade or you baited it out with a fake step-up.
Once you land E+Q on Tristana without her shield, the kill is realistic with Jinx's follow-up damage.

You should not roam proactively — Jinx has no mobility and leaving her alone against Tristana's poke and Morgana's root is a death sentence.
Only roam post-kill when Jinx is safe recalling or the wave is frozen under your tower.

Do not engage into Morgana's W blindly — if she roots you, you are a stationary target for Tristana's E stacking and Jinx's W slow, and your tankiness does not compensate for the burst damage you'll absorb while CC'd with no ability to fight back.
