LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you and Vel'Koz win the 2v2 — your Q bouncing off minions onto Seraphine punishes her passive shield attempts, and Vel'Koz's poke range forces Tristana to play back or take free damage.
- Post-6, the matchup becomes dangerous because Seraphine's R can interrupt your R channel and Tristana's R can knock you out of position before you cast.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best trading pattern is to use Q to poke Seraphine through minions while Vel'Koz zones Tristana with his Q threat, then commit to an all-in only when Vel'Koz has his E slow or Q root available to prevent Tristana from jumping away.
- Never channel R without Vel'Koz providing CC first — Tristana's W or Seraphine's R will cancel it.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Maintain a slow or frozen wave when possible to force Tristana to walk up and take poke — her short range pre-items means she must expose herself to farm.
- Avoid hard shoving because Seraphine's wave clear is strong enough to match you and a pushed wave removes your ability to punish their positioning.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not activate W before confirming an all-in — the movement speed bonus is wasted if you trigger it during a poke trade and then have to retreat, leaving it on cooldown for the actual kill window.
- Save it for committing to a kill after Vel'Koz has landed CC.
