Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Lucian do not have a dominant early 2v2 — Nami's level 1 W heal and level 2 bubble give Tristana a safe, sustained lane that neutralizes your poke.
Post-6, your R is a game-changer in all-ins because it cleanses Nami's bubble and Tristana's E knockback mid-fight, but you must hold it for reactive use rather than proactive, or you waste its primary value.

Your best pattern is to use your Q to push Tristana away when she tries to stack her E on Lucian, then immediately follow with your W on Lucian to empower his passive procs — this forces Tristana to either disengage or trade at a disadvantage.
Your E on Lucian before he dashes in extends his range and lets him trade from a safer distance, reducing the risk of Nami landing her bubble on a stationary target.

You should roam only after a shoved wave with a clear health/cooldown advantage on the enemy bot lane — your roam threat is real because your R can swing a mid fight, but leaving Lucian alone against Tristana's poke and Nami's sustain is a fast way to lose tower.
Optimal roam timing is post-first-back if you have boots and the wave is crashing, or after a successful all-in that burns Tristana's flash.

Do not use your R offensively or preemptively — it is your primary defensive tool against Nami's R and Tristana's E knockback, and burning it to speed up an all-in that was already winning means you have no answer when Nami's R arrives a second later.
Also avoid standing in predictable positions to land your Q, as Nami will bubble you to interrupt your setup and let Tristana freely poke Lucian.
