Who Wins

Pre-6, you win short trades if you can proc your passive consistently, but Tristana's level 2 E-auto-Q burst is a real threat that can chunk you before you disengage — respect it early.
Post-6, your R into passive procs with Milio's empowered autos is a strong all-in window, but Nami's R and bubble can interrupt your dash pattern and turn the fight, so you need Milio to have his E or W ready before committing.

Your best pattern is to bait Tristana's E with a short poke, then immediately dash in with your Q or E to proc passive while she has no mobility — Milio's W heal and empowered autos extend the trade heavily in your favor if you land it.
Avoid extended fights where Nami's W heal and E attack-speed buff let Tristana out-sustain and out-DPS you at range.

You want to push the wave consistently to deny Tristana her preferred poke range and force her to farm under tower where her E reset pattern is weaker — a shoved wave also creates roam pressure with Milio.
Avoid freezing, as a frozen wave near their tower lets Tristana safely stack her E on you from range without punishment.

Do not dash into Nami's bubble blindly — her Q is a point-and-click-style skill shot that is easy to land when you are dashing in a predictable direction, and getting hit means a full Tristana E-auto combo on a stunned target.
Your dashes are your damage engine, but they are also your biggest liability if Nami is not already on cooldown.
