- You lose scuttle fights at level 3 since you have no gap closer and Amumu's Q-W combo outdamages your autos while you're slowed.
- From level 6, you win if you can dodge his Q with your Q or if you R before he lands his full combo - his burst is frontloaded while yours scales with attack speed.
Predicted Jungle Path
- Amumu will likely start bot side, full clear efficiently with W, and look to contest scuttle around 3:15 or invade your jungle.
- He may also look for early ganks on overextended lanes since his Q provides strong engage even at low levels.
Invade or Not
- You should not invade early since Amumu clears faster and healthier than you, plus he wins 1v1s until you have items.
- Focus on efficient farming and only invade if you see him on the opposite side of the map - prioritize scaling over risky early plays.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't fight him in enclosed jungle areas where his Q is guaranteed to hit - you need space to dodge his engage with your Q.
- Avoid using your Q aggressively for damage when his Q is available, as you'll be left with no escape and he can easily land his combo on you.
