Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Sivir win if you can land your W root on Yunara, who has no mobility pre-R and is forced to walk into your engage range to trade.
Post-6, Yunara's R gives her a dash on E and a slowing laser on W, making her much harder to lock down and allowing her to kite your roots more effectively.

Your best pattern is to absorb poke with your passive healing from nearby minions, then hard engage on Yunara with W root the moment Brand's cooldowns are spent — Yunara cannot escape pre-6 and Sivir's sustained damage will chunk her down quickly.
Avoid engaging when Brand has his full combo ready, as a stun into passive proc on you and Sivir simultaneously can flip the trade.

You should roam when Sivir has shoved the wave to tower and has her spell shield available to survive a 1v2 poke situation briefly.
Optimal roam timings are after a successful kill or flash burn in lane, or when Yunara is forced to recall, as Brand's kill pressure without his ADC is lower and Sivir can safely freeze or shove.

Do not waste your W root on Brand — he is immobile but your priority target for a root should always be Yunara pre-6 to deny her any fighting back.
Rooting Brand while Yunara freely stacks her Q and kites Sivir is a common mistake that throws winnable trades.
