Who Wins
- Pre-6 you lose most trades due to Rakan's superior engage/disengage and Aphelios' range advantage, though your Q can disrupt Rakan's W combo.
- Post-6 you win all-ins if you land Q on either carry since your R provides massive teamfight control while Rakan's R requires him to get dangerously close.
Synergy & Trading
- Look for Q opportunities when Rakan uses W aggressively or when Aphelios steps up for CS, then follow with W root and let Miss Fortune follow up with Q bounce or E slow.
- Your E saplings in bushes force them to respect your zone control and can chunk them before fights start.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should roam mid or jungle frequently since your wave clear is poor and Miss Fortune can handle 1v2 situations better than most ADCs.
- Optimal roam timings are after shoving waves post-6, when your R is available, or when enemy jungle camps are spawning.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste Q trying to interrupt Rakan's E shield on Aphelios since it's instant - save it for his W engage or to peel for Miss Fortune.
- Avoid face-checking bushes without E saplings since Aphelios with Gravitum can root you from fog of war.
