Who Wins
- Pre-6 you win trades with Q-E poke and voidling pressure since you outrange his Q and can harass safely, but post-6 becomes dangerous as his R-E-Q combo can burst you before your R-E-W kills him.
- Your passive gives you one safety net but he has multiple damage sources to break through it.
How to Trade
- Your optimal trading pattern is to E the wave to get voidlings, then Q him when he goes for CS since he can't trade back effectively at your range.
- Always maintain distance and use voidlings to zone him from farm rather than going for extended trades.
Wave Control
- Focus on shoving waves with E to build voidling pressure and prevent him from roaming, but ward carefully since you have no mobility if ganked.
- Keep the wave in the middle or slightly pushed to maintain your range advantage and voidling control.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste your R on him unless he's already low or you have jungle assistance, since he can W pool out of most of the channel damage.
- Never fight him in close quarters without voidlings up as his sustain and damage will win extended trades.
