LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you and Kog'Maw win the 2v2: your Q root into Kog'Maw's W poke is a reliable damage pattern that Yunara cannot answer without burning E, and Nami's healing cannot keep pace with sustained poke if you land roots consistently.
- Post-6, Yunara's R makes her a genuine threat in all-ins, but your Q root remains the hardest counter to her engage — if you land it during her R, you neutralize her entire damage window.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best trading pattern is to Q root Yunara when she uses E to close gap — she telegraphs her engage with E, making her rootable mid-dash or on landing.
- Follow with E slow and auto-attack passive procs on Kog'Maw's W-enhanced attacks to maximize the damage window before Nami can heal.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should not roam aggressively because Kog'Maw is immobile and leaving him alone against Yunara post-6 is a death sentence — your presence in lane is what keeps Yunara from freely all-ining.
- If you do roam, do it only after a wave crash when Kog'Maw has his W available and the wave is pushing toward the enemy, giving him a safe poke window while you're absent.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use Q as a reactionary ability when Yunara is already on top of Kog'Maw — at that point the trade is already happening and your root may not save him.
- The critical mistake is using E offensively to poke when Nami's W is available, as a well-timed Nami W slow can cause your E to miss and waste your main damage tool.
