Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Jhin have the range advantage and your E poke is safe, but Yasuo+Nami win if they get a clean engage — Nami's W into Yasuo E is a fast, high-damage combo that your E does not prevent if it is on cooldown.
Post-6, you win: your R is a long-range finisher that pairs perfectly with Jhin's R, and Yasuo cannot windwall both ultimates if you stagger them correctly.

Your best trading pattern is to throw your E onto the wave/both enemies simultaneously, then follow with Q if either is rooted, letting Jhin land his 4th shot on the rooted target.
Avoid using Q as your opener since it is a slow projectile that Yasuo can dash through or windwall — use E to guarantee the root first.

Keep the wave slow-pushed or frozen near your tower early to deny Yasuo free E dashes through the wave, which limits his engage angles onto Jhin.
If you have a large wave advantage, crash it and immediately look to poke with E+Q in the resulting open lane before the next wave arrives.

Do not throw your Q into Yasuo's windwall — he will bait it deliberately by walking forward, and losing your main CC tool for 10+ seconds gives them a free all-in window.
Also avoid using your R as a standalone poke tool; save it as a finisher paired with Jhin's R or as a follow-up to a confirmed root.
