Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Yunara lose the raw 2v2 against Tristana's range advantage and Camille's hook engage — Camille's E onto you specifically is the primary threat since it removes your peel and lets Tristana freely damage Yunara.
Post-6, Yunara's R dramatically increases her sustained damage output, and your W polymorph on Camille during Yunara's R window can swing the fight, but Tristana's E knockback on Yunara mid-R is still a hard counter to your win condition.

Your trading pattern should prioritize W polymorph on Camille the moment she uses E to hook you or Yunara — this negates her entire engage pattern and lets Yunara stack Q freely.
Use your Q poke on Tristana when she steps up to CS to chip her down, and save E shield/speed for Yunara when Tristana uses E to reposition or disengage.

You should roam only when the wave is crashed under their tower and Yunara can safely back or hold — optimal roam timings are after a successful level 6 all-in that burns Tristana's flash or summoners, since Camille will likely follow you and leave Yunara in a manageable 1v1.
Do not roam early or when the wave is in a state where Camille can dive Yunara alone, as Yunara pre-R is immobile and extremely vulnerable to Camille solo.

Do not use W on Tristana to polymorph her during a trade — Tristana's E knockback is her escape tool and she will simply jump away anyway, wasting your highest-impact CC on the less threatening target when Camille is the one who will kill Yunara.
Always prioritize W on Camille to neutralize her hook and peel for Yunara.
