Who Wins
- You win pre-6 through Q poke, E shields, and W disengage, controlling the lane tempo with superior range and utility.
- Post-6 becomes skill-dependent as their ultimates create significant kill pressure, requiring perfect timing of your polymorph and positioning.
Synergy & Trading
- Lead with Q poke when they're CSing, then E-auto Vayne for empowered damage while maintaining distance from their engage range.
- Save W for whoever commits first (usually Yone's E or Yasuo's R), prioritizing the more immediate threat to Vayne's survival.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Roam after shoving waves when both enemies are low or after successful trades that force them to recall.
