Who Wins
- Pre-6, you win the 2v2 if you play aggressively early — your level 2 all-in with Nami's E empowered auto into Q passive double-shot is a genuine kill threat that Kog'Maw and Milio cannot match in raw burst at that stage.
- Post-6, the window narrows significantly: Kog'Maw's R gives him infinite poke range you cannot safely walk into, and Milio's R can cleanse Nami's CC, making your all-in far less reliable.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best trading pattern is to bait out Milio's E shield or W heal before committing — dash in with E after Nami lands her E or Q, proc your passive, fire Q through both targets, then dash out immediately.
- Never extend the trade into a sustained fight because Kog'Maw's W shred and Milio's sustained healing will out-sustain your burst over time.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Push the wave early to force Kog'Maw under tower, where his R poke is less punishing and his short auto range pre-W is exploitable.
- Avoid freezing — a frozen wave near their tower lets Kog'Maw safely stack R poke on you while Milio heals him, which is a losing attrition game for you.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not walk up to trade when Milio's E shield is active on Kog'Maw — it absorbs your passive proc and Q damage, wasting your burst window and leaving you exposed to Kog'Maw's W-empowered autos.
- Respect that Milio's R is a hard counter to your all-in setup; if you commit when it's available, you will lose the fight.
