Who Wins

Pre-6, Lucian + Nami win short-to-medium trades clearly — your passive double-shot with Nami E active is one of the highest damage combos at levels 2–3, and Pyke has no sustain to recover.
Post-6, Pyke R resets make any fight where you or Nami are below half health extremely dangerous, so you must finish kills cleanly or disengage before Pyke can execute.

Your optimal pattern is to wait for Nami to land E on you, immediately auto to proc the empowered hit, use Q through the target, auto again for the passive proc, then disengage before Pyke can hook you.
Never extend the trade by chasing into Pyke's hook range — take the burst damage and step back.

You want to push the wave consistently to deny Kai'Sa farm under tower and to create roam windows for Nami, but do not shove so hard that you lose vision and get caught by Pyke in the river.
Keep the wave slightly in your favor so you can recall safely and deny Kai'Sa the ability to freely farm.

Do not use your E aggressively into Pyke's hook range — repositioning is your survival tool, and burning it offensively leaves you with no escape when Pyke dashes.
Also avoid fighting when Nami's W is on cooldown; without the sustain and empowerment, your trade pattern loses most of its damage advantage.
