LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, Teemo's range, poison sustain drain, and blind completely disrupt your setup window — you cannot stack Q reliably when he pokes you out before you can E in, and his blind negates your passive on-hit damage and E dash follow-up entirely.
- Post-6, your R's 99% slow and execution threshold give you a genuine kill window if you can land Q stacks first, but Teemo's shrooms and vision denial around the totem landing zone make this harder than it looks on paper.
How to Trade
- Your best trade pattern is to absorb a Teemo auto or two at range, wait for his blind to expire, then immediately Q to stack marks and E in while W is active to tank his poison burst — the W heal on recast partially offsets the poison damage if you time the recast after taking the bulk of the damage.
- Never initiate while blinded; your entire damage output collapses without on-hit passive and E stack consumption, so patience on the engage timing is non-negotiable.
Wave Control
- Push the wave hard early to deny Teemo free poke in the minion line and force him to either fight on your terms or lose CS — a shoved wave also limits his ability to place shrooms in safe positions since he's forced to last-hit.
- When the wave is frozen near your tower, use that distance to Q poke safely and build stacks without committing to a full trade, since Teemo cannot all-in you under tower.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use E as a gap-closer into a Teemo who still has his blind up — you will dash in, get blinded immediately, and lose all follow-up damage from your passive and stack consumption while eating a full poison stack.
- This is the single most common way to lose the trade decisively, as you've burned your mobility and your damage simultaneously.
