Who Wins

Pre-6, you lose most direct trades because LeBlanc's Q-W burst outpaces your ability to stack Q marks and convert them before she dashes back to safety — level 3 is your first real window if you land Q stacks and force her to respect your E-W all-in threat, but she can simply disengage with W return before you cash in.
Post-6, you have execution pressure with R that she cannot ignore, but her R(W) double-dash mobility makes landing your full combo extremely difficult unless she is already marked and low.

Your best trade pattern is to stack Q marks from range first, then commit to E-W all-in only when you have 2–3 stacks and she has already burned her W dash — without her W available, she cannot escape your E dash follow-up and you can convert the full passive on-hit burst into a kill or heavy chunk.
Never initiate E-W into a LeBlanc who has W up, as she will simply dash away mid-combo and you waste your cooldowns.

Push the wave efficiently with Q to maintain priority, which forces LeBlanc to either match your shove and take poke or lose roam control — your wave clear is not as instant as hers, so avoid letting her crash waves into your tower and roam freely while you are stuck farming.
Use R in the side wave or under tower to set up execution thresholds on minions for soul pickups, which permanently scale your R kill threshold over time.

Do not activate W reactively the moment LeBlanc engages on you — the true damage cost is real and if she immediately backs off with W return, you have burned your heal and taken unnecessary damage for no trade value.
Save W activation for when you are committed to a full all-in where the heal and attack speed will actually matter, not as a panic button that she can bait out.
