LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, Akshan's range makes it difficult to stack Q on him safely — levels 1-2 are rough since he can freely poke you without you having E to close distance, but level 3 gives you E to punish his forward positioning and begin stacking Q properly.
- Post-6, your R's execution threshold combined with a full Q-stack into E-W all-in gives you a reliable kill pattern, but Akshan's R can interrupt your setup or force you to burn W defensively, so you need to bait it before committing.
How to Trade
- Your optimal trading pattern is to land Q stacks at medium range while walking up and back to bait Akshan's Q, then use E to close the gap when he's at 2-3 stacks and immediately activate W to maximize burst damage before he can disengage.
- Time your W recast carefully — ending it early for the heal is correct if Akshan disengages, but letting it run during the full burst window maximizes your damage output.
Wave Control
- You want a slow push or slight freeze near your side of the lane to force Akshan to walk up for CS, giving you shorter E blink distances and reducing his escape room after you engage.
- Avoid hard shoving since Akshan's wave clear is efficient and he will simply reset the wave and poke you during the next crash cycle.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use E impulsively without Q stacks built up — Akshan has enough mobility to dodge your follow-up attack dash and punish your cooldown window hard.
- Patience in stack-building is your actual win condition; rushing the all-in without setup means you deal a fraction of your potential burst and lose the trade.
