Who Wins
- You win trades pre-6 through superior range and Electrocute procs with Q-W-auto combos while maintaining distance.
- Post-6 you lose all-ins if Jax lands Q-R on you, but you can still win if you land a good R on him and nearby enemies or kite perfectly with E.
How to Trade
- Your optimal trading pattern is Q-auto-W when he goes for CS, then immediately back off before he can Q onto you.
- If he does gap close, use E immediately to avoid his E stun and kite backwards while weaving autos to maintain Mark of the Storm stacks.
Wave Control
- Maintain slow pushes to keep the wave in the center or slightly on his side, allowing you to harass while he farms and have escape routes available.
- Avoid hard pushing unless you can recall safely, as you're vulnerable to ganks when overextended without E available.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste E defensively against his Q-E combo unless you're in lethal range, as you need it available for jungle ganks and teamfight positioning.
- Avoid using R in 1v1s post-6 unless you're certain you can secure the kill, as it's your primary teamfight tool and has a long cooldown.
